The Courageous Leaders Academy is a collaborative effort developed and implemented by the Employee Affinity Group representative and the Embracing a Culture of Inclusion Program. SRJC employees are empowered with coaching, mentorship, and tangible tools to support them in cultivating a shared vision and commitment to kinship, anti-racism, equity, diversity, and inclusivity, while promoting cultural change at all levels of the District to foster student success and employee retention.
