For First Aid or Medical Guidance
If you are injured at work and need medical assistance, contact the District's occupational health provider Company Nurse which specializes in workplace injuries. Provide the Company Nurse Representative with your name, and the Employer Name, which is Sonoma County Community College District. You will also need to provide the District's Search Code: QT172. Company Nurse Personnel are available 24 hours a day and will provide care advice to help you. If additional medical care is required, Company Nurse will provide a referral to you to make an appointment with the District's occupational medicine provider Kaiser Occupational Health.
