Kinship/Ally ship/Mentorship Allies for Change Mentoring Program Create a kinship program with the focus of creating an inclusive work environment and a sense of belonging for all employees.
Thrivance Hub/Community Building Physical Gathering Space Project  Refocus the Associate’s Lounge in Bertolini Hall to promote inclusivity of all employee types and create an inviting space for cross employee engagement.
Learning Cultural Enrichment Series/DEIA Learning Series  Create much needed support, transparency, inclusion, and community for District employees through regular and ongoing professional development and cultural enrichment opportunities on DEIAA topics such as: racial injustice, linguistic justice, microaggressions, equity vs equality.  These opportunities will celebrate and encourage the leaders we have within our community. 
Support Creating Alternatives to Current Punitive and Harmful Conflict Resolution Practices Research, create, and institutionalize a District-wide mediation and Restorative Justice model and service available to address and reconcile interpersonal issues between staff/faculty/managers/students.
